Welcome to Twinkled by Micah. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.
Appointments & Bookings
- •All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.
- •A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm your booking.
- •Appointment times are estimates; actual service duration may vary depending on your individual needs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- •We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- •Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
- •If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
Service Expectations
- •Results may vary based on your natural lashes, skin type, and aftercare routine.
- •A consultation is included with every appointment to ensure the service is suitable for you.
- •We reserve the right to decline a service if it is not in the best interest of your lash or skin health.
Health & Contraindications
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent treatments before your appointment. Lash lifts and facial treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, undergoing certain medical treatments, or have active eye infections. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Aftercare & Results
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your results. We are not responsible for damage or reduced longevity caused by improper aftercare, use of oil-based products, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept debit and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice; any price changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Twinkled by Micah is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions, or results that do not meet personal expectations when proper aftercare and consultation guidelines have been followed. Clients book services at their own discretion.
